Terms of Sale for our products  - READ CAREFULLY  

All our canes are strictly sold as collector item/memorabilia.. Any other use beyond the stated purpose of 'collector item/memorabilia', the buyer assumes full responsibility for the result of their actions or manner in which they use the cane. Our canes DO NOT come with any warranty against breakage or cracking if used in consensual impact play including swishing them. We are unable to offer a 'breakproof/crackproof' rattan cane until Mother Nature bestows us with such a rattan. We craft all our canes with carefully picked material but this is an implement that can be short lived in the hands of a novice or unskilled hand. Please do not send us requests for replacements or refunds if the cane got to you in one piece.

NOTE ON RATTAN CANES FOR NOVICES.

Rattan Canes are crafted out of rattan, a soft fibrous natural material which have natural tendencies to arc and curve itself. If you are looking for a perfectly straight cane, look elsewhere for something not crafted out of rattan.
Our canes are hand crafted products made out of a natural material that is prone to have lack of uniformity by the very nature of the material. They don't roll out of an assembly line with engineers precision checking it for straightness and uniformity.

If you are new to rattan canes, be fully aware of the natural characteristics of rattan that are inherent to the material and there is no such thing as a straight as arrow rattan cane. If that is what you want, then look elsewhere for synthetic rods like delrin..

Do you offer local pickups or In-Person delivery? Do you have a brick and mortar store?

No, we are strictly an online shop and regardless of where you live, all our products will be shipped to you without exceptions.

And no, we do not have a brick & mortar shopfront.

 Is your packaging discreet? How do you ship your canes?

We ship all canes using plain mailing tubes with no prominent logos or shop name or contents.

Do you ship to my country ? I am unable  to place an order from my country

If you don't see your country listed or una to place an order, don't despair. We ship to countries not listed on a case by case basis based on your specific order list and strictly by courier. We have preferred rates for UPS or DHL as well as discounted FedEx rates and we'll provide you a quote based on your individual order. The rates vary based on country, your package dimensions (based on your selection) and the carrier/class of service.

We don't list lot of countries based on previous experience of unreliable postal service at your country (E.g: South Africa) or unknown reliability of postal service at your country.

We will ship on a case by case basis to most countries if you are amenable to the quoted courier charges.

Buying as gifts for someone else?   READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Our canes are sought after gifts for that special someone who will be using them on you and we often mail our canes as gifts.
Your gift recipient's name and address should be on the 'SHIPPING ADDRESS' which might be different than your billing address and you need to take care of this prior to payment. DO NOT send us messages after the payment and ask us to mail it to a different address than what is on the 'shipping address'. You need to address this prior to payment and the payment processor has to authorize your specified shipping address.
We will not entertain any requests for alternate shipping address if you do not take care of this prior to payment. This applies to your gift recipients in a different country than you as well.

COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS - SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS

We offer combined shipping discounts on ALL our orders (Domestic & International) and our shipping costs are calculated automatically by the postage calculator based on weight, dimensions and the destination. Every one of our listings have weight and dimensions built in and it will calculate postage on the cart contents when you finally check out.

International Customers will specifically benefit because of the high initial package cost but everything you add to it has nominal increase based on weight and dimensions.
