Shipping policy
Orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of order. Some items that are made to order require extra time to ship and will be specified in the listing.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS
All our domestic packages will ship by UPS or USPS and we pick the best service that will get to you the fastest and the level of service you paid for. We aim to get it to the customer in 3 business days from the date of mailing.
We use UPS for Overnight and Express delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS
We use UPS Worldwide Saver / Worldwide Express and DHL Worldwide Express for all our international shipments and the deeply discounted ( upto 75%) calculated rates are displayed to you based on what you add to the cart and wweight and dimensions of the items you add to it.
POLICY ON LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
A) Lost packages in transit OR otherwise
1. If a package is lost in transit and was never delivered to you according to tracking, we will take care of doing the necessary to send you a replacement
2. If a package says it was delivered to you by the carrier but you can't find it, call the carrier and ask them for where they left it and why it is not there as the tracking claims.
a) You are solely responsible for us to provide a complete and deliverable address. Trying to skimp out on spending an extra 2 minutes to correctly do it or unnecessarily abbreviate your address will adversely affect your delivery, Carriers require a complete and valid address for delivery and it is your sole responsibility to provide it to us.
b) You are solely responsible for designating a safe delivery spot to your local carrier. Package theft and porch pirates are not our responsibility and it is yours to designate and have a delivery location that is safe when you are not home or work with the carrier to deliver it when someone is physically present. We use the carrier proof of delivery as the final word.
B) Damaged in Transit / Missing contents due to external damage
If a package arrived damaged to you, check the contents to make sure they are in tact. If the contents are damaged, you need to call the carrier and report it as "damaged in transit", have the carrier update the package tracking status to "Damaged" and provide them with the necessary proof of damage ( take at least 7 or 8 pictures including one that clearly shows the shipping label with the tracking number and your address ) and copy us by email and send the pictures of damage to us . And do not discard the package or its contents until the process is complete.
We will not be able to process any damage claims for replacement or refund without the above. Notify us right away after delivery if you got a damaged package with damaged contents and if you personally signed for it and the package looks visibly damaged, inspect the contents before receiving delivery.
The above policy is non-negotiable and we, as a small merchant, expect you to at least cooperate with us to resolve issues with delivery.
For International Buyers
Payment of Taxes, Duties, VAT, GST etc and fees associated with those charges are solely the responsibility of you, the importer.
All delivery arrangements with the courier is solely your responsibility. We do not coordinate delivery arrangements for international packages. Use the UPS or DHL tracking numbers, go to their tracking page and make delivery or pickup arrangements in your country or call the local offices of UPS or DHL to make delivery arrangements and payment of import taxes.
Your failure to pay import taxes or make delivery arrangements in time will result in abandonment of delivery after a specific time window ( varies by country) and we are not responsible for abandoned deliveries which will be treated as delivered.
